1. The Supreme Philosophy
We aren't a corporate machine, and we don't treat you like a ticket number. We are architects, storytellers, and strategic partners.
- The Partnership: Our work is collaborative. For us to build something with "soul," we need your input, your "why," and your timely feedback.
- In-House Quality: Every specialist working on your project is an in-house expert. No random freelancer platforms.
2. Services & Scope
We provide AI Agent Integration, Branding, Web Design, and Digital Marketing.
The "Dumb Idea" Clause
We reserve the right to push back on "dumb ideas." If you ask for something that we know will hurt your brand or waste your money, we will tell you. You are paying us for our wisdom, not just our hands.
3. Payments & Financials
- Project-Based: Requires a non-refundable "Seed" phase deposit to secure your spot.
- Retainers: Billed in advance every 30 days to secure dedicated team capacity.
- Late Payments: If 7 days overdue, we reserve the right to pause all active work. It’s not personal; it’s about a healthy ecosystem.
4. Intellectual Property
Who owns the "Magic"?
- The Final Product: Once paid in full, the final output belongs to you.
- Our Tools: We retain ownership of our proprietary methods and internal frameworks. You own the house; we own the specialized tools used to build it.
- Show & Tell: We reserve the right to showcase our work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA is in place.
5. Revisions
We aim for perfection in round one. Change of vision halfway through isn't a "revision"—it’s a new project. Feedback must be constructive and aligned with the original brief.
6. Support
The 60-Day Hug: We offer a 60-day window to fix code gremlins. After that, you are the captain of your ship unless you're on a "Care Plan."
7. Termination
You can walk away anytime. We also reserve the right to fire clients if the relationship becomes toxic or consistently "dumb." Life is too short for bad vibes.
8. Liability
We are very good, but we aren't God. No guarantees of becoming a millionaire. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
9. API Usage
No scraping, no DDoS, and no "evil" stuff. Keep your integrations current.
10. Privacy
We treat your data like our own. We don't sell your secrets.
11. Governing Law
Grounded in the laws of Nigeria. Disputes handled in Nigerian courts.
