If you submit or post any content (comments, testimonials, images, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your content and that its use will not infringe any third-party rights.

Paid Services & Billing
Certain services (e.g., bespoke content packages, social media management retainers) may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement or invoice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPREME IDEAS AGENCY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
