The Handover

Post-payment, you own the Final Art and the Soul of the site. We retain the "Brushes" (Proprietary Frameworks & Protocols).
3. Your Content & 4. Portfolio Rights
You represent that you own what you give us. In return, unless an NDA is signed, we reserve the right to show off our collaborative magic in our portfolio.
Client Protection
We assume everything you provide is legal to use. If it's stolen "Internet Art," you protect us from the fallout.
Portfolio Usage
We share snippets to show what we built together. Footer credits remain unless negotiated.
5. DMCA Process
We respect IP. To file a notice, send an email with identification, location, contact info, and a statement of good faith.
"Counter-notifications are reviewed within 10-14 days. We have zero tolerance for stealing content."
7. Repeat Infringers
Clients who repeatedly infringe on others' IP will have their partnerships terminated and API access revoked.
