1. The General Rule & Project Deposits
We don't do "gotchas." Once work begins—meaning we've allocated brainpower and time—the labor costs are non-refundable.
The Seed (Deposit)
The initial upfront deposit is non-refundable. It covers discovery, research, and opportunity costs.
Milestone Payments
Once a milestone is reached and paid for, those funds are non-refundable.
3. On-Demand Partnerships
Our subscription model is built on availability and integration.
- Cancel Anytime: Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We don't refund "unused days" mid-month.
- No Roll-Over: Capacity doesn't roll over. We proactively suggest tasks to ensure you get your money's worth.
4. AI & Tech / 5. The 60-Day Hug
Setup fees for technical architecture are non-refundable once started. For web builds, we fix bugs for 60 days post-launch.
Once the 60-day window closes, build-related refunds are no longer issued as you become the captain of your ship.
7. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to part ways if the relationship becomes disrespectful, communication ceases for 30+ days, or unethical work is requested.
